I offer three different therapy groups:

  • Grief doesn’t go away, but we learn how to live with it. This group is meant to guide you through the potential pitfalls that can get you stuck in your grief process. By addressing the pain, adapting to the new normal, and accepting yourself as you are after loss, you can start to nurture new found hope for the future.

  • People-pleasing, anxious attachment, codependency, shy, passive… There are a lot of labels we can use for not being good at boundaries.

This group is designed to define what boundaries are and support you in developing the skills necessary to utilize them.

You don’t have to change your personality, be healed of all your hurts, or even change your relationships to have boundaries. You just need to be empowered with the what, why and how to have the option to use them when you want to.

  • We would all like to be more present and experience less anxiety and regret about the future and past.

Being mindful is not just about having a good meditation practice (which is great too). It is also about understanding the practice of presence. Developing ways to observe ourselves and the world around us with curiosity and compassion.

This group scratches the surface of developing a philosophy of mindfulness for everyday life and will leave you with resources to continue the journey at your own pace.

Group sessions are 90 minutes for 8 weeks. Each group is personalized for the group members.

Groups consist of 3 to 12 members and maybe hosted in-person or virtually. Members are committing to all 8 weeks to ensure the integrity and security of the group.
