ABOUT ME
I earned my master’s degree in Professional Counseling in 2014 and have been in private practice since 2015. I provide care for clients dealing with various issues including grief and loss, addiction, mood disorders, and relationship conflicts. I also facilitate group therapy and have been an invited lecturer to Families Against Narcotics to educate, facilitate discussion, and extend resources.
I use evidence-based treatments like CBT and mindfulness training, and start the counseling process with a thorough assessment to develop a personalized treatment plan.
Once goals are reached, we'll assess new counseling goals or begin our discharge process. My door is always open for a return to therapy!
“Life doesn’t make any sense without interdependence. We need each other, and the sooner we learn that, the better for us all.”

MY COUNSELING METHOD
You have something to say, to explore, to understand about yourself. We start by creating a safe space to talk it through.
In the trusting environment we have created, we look at the discrepancies between beliefs and values or goals and behaviors. We practice new habits and try new things.
Eventually, your confidence will grow and you can enjoy the benefits of all your hard work.
